This beautifully updated Fripp Island home features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The house will sleep 12 people. Main level features an open floor plan with great room, dining area, large kitchen with island and two spacious bedrooms. We have a sleeper sofa which adds availability for 2 more people. Downstairs has a common area with 2 large bedrooms, 1 large bath and laundry area. Home features three king beds in three of the bedrooms and one bedroom with two queen beds downstairs.
Included in your rental:
A kitchen supplied with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices and Keurig.
Towels, hand towels, washcloths and beach towels. 1800 thread count sheets, sleep safe pillow protectors and all new mattresses with Therapeutic Antimicrobial Waterproof mattress protectors.
Starter kits for laundry and dishes, trash bags.
Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, cards, board games, corn hole game,
